Day before race day

2:00–5:00 p.m.

Packet pickup

Bring a photo ID for your own packet pickup at Mulligan's Hollow.

2:30 p.m. & 4:00 p.m.

Athlete meetings

Walk through race-day essentials and bring your questions.

Race day

Sunday, July 11, 2027

5:30 a.m.

Parking opens

Grand Haven State Park parking lot opens for athletes and spectators. Bring an annual State Park sticker/license tab or purchase a one-day pass. Follow parking signs; do not park or drop off at the YMCA.

5:30–7:00 a.m.

Packet pickup

Pick up your own packet at Mulligan's Hollow. Bring a photo ID.

5:30 a.m.

Transition opens

Set up your bike and gear.

7:00 a.m.

Transition closes

Finish setup before the race begins.

7:45 a.m.

Olympic start

Olympic triathlon and aquabike.

8:15 a.m.

Sprint and duathlon start

Sprint triathlon and aquabike, plus Sprint and Olympic duathlon.

Before you arrive: Bring a photo ID for pickup. There is no race-day registration. Plan for the State Park pass requirement. Packet pickup is at Mulligan's Hollow. Do not park or drop off at the YMCA.
